Convention Center Sales Manager

Position Summary	The Convention Center Sales Manager will be responsible for creating and maintaining customer-driven operations with a vision that inspires employees to perform at their very best.

Skills	Very well organized and strong computer skills. Must be able to follow professional dress and grooming standards. Strong communication skills both written and verbal.

Position Summary	Provide friendly and courteous service to all customers and other casino employees in a timely fashion, while following all company policies, procedures and internal controls.
Job Requirements	Maintain a positive, helpful, friendly attitude while providing exceptional customer service. Be familiar with other departments and know specific details about all promotional activities. Be responsible for accurate completion of all documents and transactions pertaining to his/her cash drawer. Maintain good personal hygiene and a professional appearance at all times. Direct customers complaints to Cage Supervisors on duty. Be familiar and comply with all safety and emergency procedures. Carry out job duties in a safe and efficient manner. Any and all other job assigned by management.
Experience / Education	High school graduate or equivalent knowledge of basic mathematics and calculator. Must posses good verbal communication skills.
Physical / Mental Necessities	Must be able to lift/pull 25 lbs. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
Working Conditions	Consistently works with difficult customers, work independently.

Floor Attendant

Position Summary	Provide courteous, friendly and prompt customer service to all of our patrons, while maintaining a safe, professional, and friendly environment at the Ohkay Casino.
Job Requirements	Maintain a positive, helpful and friendly attitude providing exceptional customer service. Maintain individual cash bank daily from cage. Record all credits and figure correct amount toward customer. Provide change to customers in a courteous friendly manner. Responsible for basic maintenance of machines such as: hopper fills, coin jams and bill jams Assist customers with rules applicable for playing different machines. Resolve or direct customer complaints to supervisor on duty. Familiar with procedures relating to robbery, bomb threats and other life treating situations. Utilize basic math skills to figure credit amounts when jackpots are won. Ability to operate a 10-key calculator. Ability to lift and/or push at least 50 lbs. Maintain good personal hygiene and a professional appearance at all times. Any and all duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Experience / Education	High School Graduate or equivalent. Knowledge of basic mathematics and calculator. Must posses good verbal communication skills.
Physical / Mental Necessities	Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and exercise good judgment in evaluating situations and taking effective action. Communicate and present ideas effectively orally.

Banquet Cook

Position Summary	Provide culinary knowledge for banquet functions
Job Requirements	Individual must have 2 years banquet experience in a large hotel or casino kitchen.
Experience / Education	Must also have knowledge of buffet, served, catering, and special events.

Snack Bar Cashier

Experience	Individuals must have one (1) year of experience handling cash transactions and using cash registers. A friendly attitude is a must. Also must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to prepare fast food items.
Job Requirements	All applicants must be 18 years of age or older and must consent and pass a pre-employment drug/alcohol test. Must have no disciplinary write ups in the past six months.

Dishwasher / Utility Worker

Position Summary	To handle the services ware washing, general cleaning and waste disposal and recycling.
Responsibilities	Operate from the dishwashing machine area and are responsible for cleaning all service ware i.e., dishes, silver, glasses, cooking utensils etc. and distributing them to their established place of use. Follow any and all procedures necessary and maintain the highest levels of sanitary practice. Maintain the dishwashing machine according to established procedures and keep the dish storage areas clean and well organized. Ensure floors are kept clean, dry and safe. Work in a safe and cautious manner being sure the post “wet floor” signs when necessary. Ensure they are careful about breakage of service ware and equipment. Assist with delivery and pick-up of special function/break items from around the Casino. Responsible for breaking down the corrugated cardboard boxes that quickly accumulates and empty all refuse receptacles in their proper containers. Ensure individual is careful about the handling of spent grease insuring that is disposed of properly.
Experience / Education	Experience in Restaurant and/or other type of Food and Beverage operations enough to have appropriate knowledge and skill in cleaning, materials handling (i.e. Janitorial chemical) and sanitation. Appropriate to established standards with ability to withstand the physical nature of kitchen work.
